Mr. Kwok, as a Partner of our firm, represents clients in the area of conveyancing, criminal litigation, commercial matters, will and probate.  His practice has been involved in advising clients and preparing documentation for conveyancing and commercial matters, advising and representing clients in all aspects of criminal procedures and lawsuits, and preparing documentation of will, probate and trust.

Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
• Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL)
• Admission as Solicitor in Hong Kong, 1994

• Handling various kinds of legal matters including conveyancing, criminal litigation, commercial matters, will, probate and trust in Hong Kong, China and overseas
• Advising and acting for a number of individual clients in various types of disputes such as breach of contracts, debt recovery, mortgagee action, partnership and joint venture disputes, commercial crime investigation, employment disputes, bankruptcy, tenancy and property related disputes, will and probate disputes and matrimonial cases
